No their prices are pretty competitive in relation to what their products have to offer. These wedges were bought for the venue we work. After having heard all the ''A class'' wedges like d&b,hiQ,etc
and considering their prices plus their amps and dsp that can only work with, i think we made the best choise and planning on buying another pair.I used these boxes for a 3 day festival in an old camp and they made my life easy.I hardly touched the graphic eq and wasnt even near peak levels on amps even with rock bands during the whole fest. Only thing is that they need a decent amp and plenty of headroom to show their full potential. |

it still should be very expensive, this BMS triax cost an arm and a leg...
BTW, is this the original crossover in the picture ? looks really poor made and with low end parts...

the low driver is made by the guys who own the company. You can see all their custom drivers in their site made in their factory. The crossover for the bms coax is the one bms gives if i'm not mistaken. The crossover parts are not low end although it is handwired without a circuit board.

What are those white rectangular things held down with ty-raps and hot melt glue?

If they are the pad resistors, then that's extremely bad practice. They can get hot, and will melt nylon ty-raps and hot-melt glue.
