Can any one help i need to make the cut out in my 1850s bigger for the v18 as its bout 5mm to small any help would be lovely

on the pdf i have for the v18-1000 it says rear mounted is 425mm and front mounted is 430mm

if the cab is already built its going to be hard to make the cut out bigger.

True dem cab is allready made would it hurt if cut out was 5mm to small would this make cone rub

If it's only 5mm you should be able to use a chamfer bit on a router.
Set it so that the bearing just about catches the inside wood.

Thank u infa but my prob is i can only gt my trimer round the bottom half of cut out as the chamber gts narrow at the back ?
