hello, I am in the process of building a pair of x12's and I am looking for a diffrent horn set up. The sugested selinium horn gives a 45 x 45 dispersion but as I will be using these cabs for a lot of live work where I will be using one per side so i need something wider with a 2" mount, i can find lots of flares which will fit but are only a 1" mount. The space I have avalible is 210mm x 340mm aprox. Any ideas???
my other question is what is the advantage of using a 1.5" driver with a 2" adaptor against using a 2" driver??
any help greatley appricated

18Sound XT1464 60x40
The only way to go (IMO!) Btw, I run my only version of an X12 for live work with the above horn and they are fantastic cabs for the job. |

Arse, just seen the space you have available and the 18Sound won't fit
Most 1.4" or 2" flares will be larger than you have allowed for. I squashed the 12" drivers together to make more space. |
