Any reason why you did the side profile that shape?

if you close there rear gap the front gap will become larger

Ah yes, i still have those boxes. Put some wheels on them and using them as trolleys in the shop :-).

Mykey, if i kept the pure trap shape then the front height gets too big anyway, in a slightly curved array the gap is not that big but you do put more sound sources in shorter line.
In a short array you do not have any line array effect anyway.
 
I dont see anyone bashing Lacoustics for having the same thing on the K1 :-).
