The ap6040 that I'm after are 3u so prob not as tight packed as the AP4040

How is the Yorkville ap6040 compared to Crown Macro-tech 5002vz? Same power on paper..

Prob I have not heard a 6040 but the 4040 sounds nice and never had the luxury of hearing the crown so can't pass comment the crown though is 2ohm capable whereas thi yorkville isn't

I got one run 4 cerwin vega psx18b home use mainly deep deep bass can talk over it but jiggles your insides got eq n limiter

We've had some ap6040's for a few years, great amps for the money !

used them mainly for sub and kick duty.

will power four pd1850's, XB18's or pd156's pretty well 

I think Dave (Snafu sound system) imported them for his rig some years back...
